It emphasises a commitment to social responsibility, ethics, and constructive journalism, while also offering practical strategies for media production and audience engagement. This program aims to inspire young people to use media as a tool for civic participation, fostering a culture of ethical journalism.The Accelerator Programme is built upon the VOICE Instructional Manual, which provides an extensive theoretical background on key topics covered in this course. It is highly recommended that youth workers explore the VOICE Instructional Manual before starting the Accelerator Programme to gain a deeper understanding of the concepts discussed.Through a carefully designed, youth workers are given the access to ethical guidelines, innovative tools for multimedia production, and practical methods for conducting investigations and publishing. By equipping participants with these resources, the program addresses the current challenges in media by emphasising the need for trust-building between media entities and the public.The Accelerator Program includes a comprehensive curriculum that covers all topics from the Instructional manual, with an added topic focused on non-formal education and youth work. It also features detailed workshop curricula with step-by-step guidelines for organising engaging sessions on media ethics, production, and audience interaction. Practical tips and tricks are integrated throughout, offering valuable advice on maximising learning outcomes and adapting each topic to suit the diverse needs of various groups.Ultimately, the Accelerator Programme is not just a course—it is a transformative journey aimed at fostering a new generation of responsible media creators.  VOICE Methodology: The methodology is a practical tool designed to explore how media works and how we can engage with it in smarter, kinder, and more ethical ways. By learning to think critically about the media we consume, share, and create, we can ensure it has a positive impact – not just on ourselves but those around us too. The VOICE Methodology is organized into five key areas, each touching on an important part on how we interact with media. Together, these chapters offer ideas, tools and activities to help youth workers support young people in navigating the world of media.

 YouTube Channel and Podcasts on Spotify:  A comprehensive collection of multimedia, from videos to audio tracks to infographics/presentation. Ensuring inclusivity, these materials will be designed with varied tools to guarantee ease of access and comprehension. This library will aid learners of varying needs and preferences, ensuring that educational resources are inclusive and easily accessible, in line with the project’s commitment to inclusivity and equality.
